Institutional capacity and structures.

Size and coverage:

With a congregation of approx. 400 adults and over 500 Sunday school
children and teenagers, the church provides spiritual nourishment to residents of Eastleigh, the larger Kamukunji Sub-county and other Nairobians who worship at the JWC. The church also prides hosting and stewardship for the East Pastors Fellowship Network of all churches in the area, under the chairmanship of the JWC senior resident pastor, Rev. Marangu.

Leadership and management.

Under the support of the founding father, the Arc-Bishop Dr. Arthur Kitonga, who heads the advisory Apostolic Council, the Redeemed Gospel Church is governed by a National governing Council currently headed by Bishop Dr. Kepha Omae. The Eastleigh JWC is governed by a Local Church Council (LCC), constituted by a 5-member board of governors, chaired by Rev. Albert Marangu who is also the Presiding Pastor alongside 2 other Pastors.
The Local Church Council (LCC) aka the board, is the topmost leadership organ of the church and has 5 members. The LCC reports to the headquarters in Nairobi Kenya, at Liberty Plaza, Mombasa Road.
Other leadership organs include Men, Ladies and Youth Fellowships, Children and Teens Ministries, Music, Evangelistic and Hospitality Teams, Home Bible, Ushering and Development Committees. Group leadership include men and ladies groups who also have Rescue Teams to follow up stray/absent/missing members, while Youth Fellowship have Nyumba Kumi groups for communication and accountability.

Spiritual Programs.

The typical worship activities and programs consist of; Sunday Services, Youth Sunday Service, Sunday School and Teenagers Services, Sunday New Believers (Discipleship) Classes, Monday Evening Meetings, Tuesday Interdenominational Pastors Prayer meeting, Tuesday Evening Choir Practice, Wednesday Evening Bible Study Meeting, Thursday Evening Home Bible Church (Home Cells) Fellowships, Friday Overnight prayers meetings, Week end Evangelistic Crusades and Youth Empowerment services.
